Bruce Huff, managing partner of the Kimber Companies has been actively involved in the real estate business since 1966. Mr. Huff was involved in the land aquisition, develpment, constuction, and sales of over 3,000 homes and apartment units in Philadelphia metropolitian area in the 1970's. After relocating to California to in 1981, Mr. Huff developed commercial sites in Lake Tahoe, San Rafael, Sonoma, Vallejo and Sausalito from entitlement processing through construction and leasing. Involved in the development of over 250,000 square feet of space in Sausalito, California, Mr. Huff currently manages development projects and oversees the property management operations.

Mr. Huff has proudly served in the following civic positions:

• Co founder, Willow Creek Academy, a California Charter School
• Member, Sausalito Business Advisory Board
• Member, Sausalito Parking Task Force
• Treasurer, Bayside School PTA
